Terms and Conditions


  • All jobs performed by Starlight Limousine include all fuel surcharges, taxes, tolls, airport fees, service fees. Gratuity is calculated on time used, wait time, and return time.
  • Starlight Limousine and Transportation accepts checks, cash, and credit cards.  We also grant terms and bill our corporate accounts through the mail.  Credit cards that we accept are:

    Discover Card

  • Some long distance trips may require an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the chauffeur.
  • Holiday surcharges are added and itemized on the client’s billing statement or receipt.
  • All rates are subject to change without notice.  Current rates will be confirmed at the time a reservation is made.
  • All water, soda, and newspapers are a complimentary courtesy to our valued customers.


  • All airport transfers are charged a flat rate which includes non-stop transportation from one pick up address to the given airport.  Our rates include 30 minutes wait time for domestic flights and 45 minutes wait time for international flights, as well as all associated airport fees and taxes.
  • All hourly jobs start at the time that we arrive for the pickup, and end at the time of the last drop off.  Most customers who have hourly jobs have the opportunity to extend that job as long as they wish, at the current hourly rate for that particular job.  Fractions of an hour will be rounded up to the next half hour.
  • Hourly jobs require a minimum of 3 hours on weekdays and 4 hours on weekends.  The all inclusive hourly rate includes complimentary beverages, tolls, gas, taxes, and surcharges.
  • Rates for New York City trips are calculated on 4 hours travel time each way to and from.  Clients are responsible for paying hourly wait time while in the city.
  • An additional fee of $29.95 will be added to all flat rate jobs that require an additional stop.  Hourly jobs have unlimited stops as long as the final drop off falls within the given time.

Cancellation and No Show Fees:

  • All cancellations must be made before 24 hours of the scheduled pick up.  A full refund will be given for all jobs that don’t require a non-refundable deposit if the reservation is cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.
  • Clients will be charged a full fare for all “no show” jobs.
  • Please call (800) 798-0575 to avoid a “no show” fee if a flight has been missed.

Holiday Rates:

  • A $60 flat fee will be charged for all jobs occurring on:

    New Year’s Day

    Memorial Day

    Fourth of July

    Labor Day

    Columbus Day

    Thanksgiving Day

    Christmas Day


  • Starlight Limousine L.L.C. shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to road conditions, weather, and breakdowns
  • Starlight Limousine L.L.C. assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal items, or any items left behind in the vehicle.
